Commercial Insurance iQ is operated by Cox & Associates Insurance Services during launch. Information submitted through this website is used to review and respond to the commercial insurance request.

Information collected

The intake form may collect business and contact information, including name, email, phone number, state, industry, coverage interests, timing, and operational details voluntarily provided. To measure which outreach produces an inquiry, the site may also retain the first landing page, referring page, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers for the current browser session and include them with a submitted inquiry.

Current sharing

During launch, website inquiries are routed only to Cox & Associates Insurance Services and service providers needed to deliver and secure the website. Leads are not currently sold through this website.

Do not submit sensitive information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical records, passwords, driver-license numbers, or confidential policy documents through the public form.
